Are there data caps or time limits on the backup connection?
No. Unlike many competitors that cut off backup service after 8 hours or a set data limit, Vivant does not cap your usage. We believe a business needs to stay fully operational during an outage — however long it lasts.
How is SmartCONNECT™ different from just adding a hotspot?
