Position Overview

At Vivant, we are seeking a highly experienced Network Senior Engineer to take charge of managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of tasks, from client support to network system installations and troubleshooting. Your technical expertise, analytical skills, and customer-centric approach will be pivotal in ensuring seamless network operations.


1. Client Support: Address inquiries, and resolve Internet and LAN issues.
2. Network System Management: Install, troubleshoot, and ensure performance.
3. VoIP and Communication: Resolve network issues impacting communications.
4. Firewall and Security: Enhance network security.
5. Network Configuration: Optimize performance and security.
6. Monitoring and Analysis: Proactively monitor and address issues.
7. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with teams to ensure seamless operations.
8. Documentation: Maintain support documentation.
9. IP Camera Software: Enhance surveillance capabilities.
10. Troubleshooting: Follow SOPs for systematic problem resolution.
11. Mentoring: Foster a culture of improvement.
12. Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends.


  • 3+ years as a Network Support Engineer
  • Managed services support experience
  • Proficiency in networking technologies
  • Diagnostic tool expertise
  • Cradlepoint, Ubiquiti, Meraki knowledge
  • Network design and implementation skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

General Requirement

  • Fluent in English with a minimal accent
  • High-speed Internet with at least 10m symmetrical connection and a preferred backup in case of an outage if working from home
  • Access to a working computer and a quiet, distraction-free work environment with a noise-canceling headset

Preferred Tools Experience (Not Mandatory)

  • GCP, AWS Server Management
  • Linux
